It is not too late to send us the pictures so your classmates can enjoy their own Reunion Video.

How much will it cost our committee?

We do not charge your committee to produce the video. The way it works: We will produce a professional Class Reunion video and use still digital pictures and make them appear to be moving/panning (see sample). We can also include some clips commonly found on the Internet and from our royalty-free services that pertain to your class year. Such as movie trailers, news clips and other items. We will select songs from your high school years and include them in the background of the video (see sample). We acknowledge any and all copyrights at the end of the video.

The cost of each DVD to a classmate is $20 + $5 processing/shipping/handling. If it is convenient, you can collect $25 from each classmate that wishes to have a DVD mailed to them. We have a minimum order guarantee of 25 videos for each class reunion. That is generally a low number, plus a lot of people that cannot attend the reunion will be interested in ordering a DVD. We will provide a link on our website for people to order by mail. Most classes use our order forms and hand them out at the reunion, or collect for the video during the reunion.

How many pictures do we need?

Send up to 200 pictures. 200 pictures + our add-ons will create a video of approximately 30 minutes. Pictures can include one or multiple days and evenings of activities. If a classmate does not want to be responsible to take the pictures, one idea is to hire one of the school journalism photographers and pay them a stipend to be at the events and take the pictures.

You can load the pictures on a site such as www.snapfish.com, or simply send multiple emails to us containing approximately 15 pictures per email. If you send a video file, it may be possible that we can covert it to our software and include parts of the video file. Also, the video file can also be uploaded to www.youtube.com and we can convert it from there if we have the embed URL link from the YouTube page. Some schools can provide an audio file of the pep band fight song, alma mater, etc., which you can forward to us. Also include pictures of the venues and other related photos such as school mascot, logo, etc.

When will the video be ready?

Generally it takes just a few weeks to edit and create your class reunion video after we receive the pictures.
